This study investigates the extent to which health and social services are culturally sensitive. User perspectives on three areas are explored: Asian disabled peoples views on their quality of life; Asian disabled people's views of services; and service providers' views of their provision for Asian disabled people. The report dispels common myths about low take-up of services by this group and in particular demonstrates that even those who are fluent in English struggle to access appropriate services.
