In response to the NHS listening Exercise “Working together for a stronger NHS” (Spring 2011), the Race Equality Foundation has undertaken consultation with a diverse number of organisations and individuals involved in the health and social care sector. The consultation focused on issues in the Public Accountability and Patient Engagement stream, but also includes other key points outside the specific questions posed by the exercise. This report summarises the main themes and issues that arose in the events.
